Meet Our Founders

Nicole Lentz
Co-Founder and Managing Principal
Magnet Consulting Co-Founder Nicole Lentz has more than 20 years of strategic HR Consulting experience. Nicole has a unique blend of coaching, development, management, and operations experience. Nicole has provided accounting, financial analysis, and reporting for 3 multi-million dollar business units in the US and Canada and led office operations for two U.S. business units. Her financial and organizational expertise includes work with The City of Detroit, Eagle Ottawa, General Motors, Boeing, and Walmart. These experiences allow Nicole to connect with clients on a practical level as a coach or organizational business partner – she has been there and walked in their shoes. The coaching she provides is based not on theory, but actual experience.
Nicole has been dubbed as ‘The People Whisperer’ for her ability to get through to even the most difficult team members. Nicole has successfully coached and developed all levels of employees: C-Suite, peers, and junior team members alike.
Nicole holds a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Michigan Dearborn.

Sandy Fiaschetti, PhD
Co-Founder
Bringing 20 years of experience as a thought-leader, Magnet Consulting’s Co-Founder, Dr. Sandy Fiaschetti, has been both an internal and external consultant to many small, mid-, and Fortune 100 companies across a variety of industries.
Sandy’s experience has been focused on people-related systems including organizational culture and effectiveness, talent assessment and acquisition, talent management, and executive coaching. She is particularly passionate about the importance of integrating people initiatives into strategic business plans. Recently, Sandy is particularly proud of her work in executive assessment and selection for private equity firms and their portfolio companies and in her authoring hiring and training practices used in a municipality revitalization project.
Sandy earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University. She is a past president of Michigan Association of Industrial/Organizational Psychologists and a member of the American Psychological Association and The Society of Industrial Organizational Psychologists.
Currently, Sandy is a Human Capital Principal at Gryphon Investors and sits on the Magnet Consulting Board.

Toya Aaron
Toya Aaron, M.A. is an Organizational Development Associate who joined Magnet Consulting in 2016. She combines her early experience in healthcare with the study of the psychology of human behavior to increase motivation and improve workplace performance. Toya has over 25 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in providing care to oncology patients. Toya has a Bachelor’s in Biology with a Psychology Minor and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy and is a member of the Michigan Association for Industrial Organizational Psychology. Toya spends her free time with her son and volunteering for a community organization to strengthen, support, and revitalize the city of Detroit.

Jessica Tower
Jessica has designed and facilitated training workshops for organizations of all sizes, from mid-size businesses to Fortune 500 companies. She has worked with leaders at all levels to improve individual and organizational performance using interventions that include 360 degree feedback, leadership development programs, talent assessment, job design, and performance management.
Jessica has a dual Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University in English and Human and Organizational Development, and a Master’s degree from Wayne State University in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is the current Past President of the Michigan Association of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a member of the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychologists, The Association for Talent Development, and The International Society for Performance Improvement.

Mikki Proksch
Mikki (Michelle) Proksch is a Personal and Professional Development Coach as well as Career Counselor specializing in life balance. With a BA in Psychology and MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Mikki’s approach is both scientific and holistic. Her training and experience is in using proven methods of coaching for improved performance and goal attainment, and that’s what Mikki’s clients achieve when they work with her. Mikki is able to connect with people at all structure and creativity levels, from CEO to artist and help them find balance in life.
Mikki has written behavioral-based interview guides for managers, professionals, and paraprofessional levels during her time at Magnet Consulting. Mikki has also been a lead consultant administering personality assessments for potential applicants and providing feedback to senior leadership.

Sam Crawford
Sam is an experienced HR professional who has worked in a variety of consulting organizations. Sam has over 20 years of experience in employee selection across a variety of levels of client organizations. Sam holds a Bachelors of Business from U of Detroit-Mercy. When not working, Sam enjoys boxing and MMA, attending U of D basketball games, and spending time with his extended family.

Monica Grogan
Monica Grogan is a Chaos Wrangler at Magnet Consulting. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Notre Dame (go Irish!) and uses the project management and analytical skills gained from time spent as an automotive design engineer to manage Magnet’s technical projects. In her spare time, Monica volunteers extensively in her community, particularly with a FIRST robotics team and with the community program, Authors in April.

Joanne Hallick
As Magnet’s Office Manager, Joanne Hallick is the glue who holds the offices together. Jo has a background in Office Administration and Marketing and has worked in multiple consulting firms. When she’s not organizing magnificent team and client events for Magnet, she can usually be seen at the baseball diamond watching her son play or trekking to Canada to visit family.

Rajiea Sultana
Rajiea graduated from Wayne State University with a BS in Psychology. She started her experience in I/O psychology as a Research Associate at Magnet. She will be continuing this experience as a Consulting Associate. Her off days are spent shopping, spending time with family and friends, or in bed watching Netflix. It all depends on the weather.

Larissa Tasich
Larissa is a research associate at Magnet Consulting. She holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Michigan State University. During her time at Michigan State, she designed and conducted psychological studies and uses the skills gained from this experience in her research for Magnet. In her spare time, she enjoys reading historical fiction, taking long nature walks, and spending time with friends and family.
